**Description**:
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and experienced person to join our team in the role of Team Leader in our Perth Repair Workshop. This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for running an effective and safe workshop.

Your key accountabilities will include
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Repair Workshop and accept responsibility for overall service performance
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are met and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in this area
- Lead, manage and build a strong team to ensure high standards of performance by ensuring they are adequately trained and have clear direction
- Ensure parts and consumables are ordered and managed efficiently in accordance with service requirements
- Undertake quality audits to meet KPI targets
- Ensure all jobs and related information are accurately recorded in Baseplan in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

Ideally, you will have
- Mechanical trade qualification (essential)
- Valid Motor Vehicle License
- High level of commitment to safety
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality of work on time and within budget
- Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the rental, industrial, construction or related industry (highly regarded)
