Family Law Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Law specialist to lead our team and drive the success of a new office in Milton, Brisbane. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone ready to take their career to the next level with future partnership potential.

The role will involve handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property and financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being backed by a supportive legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property and financial settlements, and domestic violence cases
  • Work autonomously while being backed by a supportive legal team
  • Drive the success of a new office in Milton, Brisbane
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and achieve billable targets
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
