Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the HR team in the recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote HR services and initiatives
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic background in Human Resources or a related field, with a passion for developing your career in HR. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
