Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support to the HR team in the recruitment and selection process
- Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote HR services and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic background in Human Resources or a related field, with a passion for developing your career in HR. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
What We OfferAs a Human Resources Graduate at Gamuda Group, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR, working with a talented and experienced team. You will be supported through an 18-month development program, including structured workshop learning and on-the-job training.
