Job Description

Aged & Disability Support Services

We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee and drive the operations of our Aged Care division.

About the Role

  • This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities, and managing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Drive operations, build stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities, and manage day-to-day activities.
  • Client Care: Lead the team to deliver high-quality care, ensure compliance, handle client feedback, and engage with the community.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, work closely with leadership, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain audit readiness, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards.
  • Leadership: Supervise, recruit, and develop your team, manage training, and ensure workforce planning aligns with care needs.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safe work practices, manage risk assessments, and support workplace injury recovery.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in leadership and operational management within the Aged Care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Service Management or business-related discipline and/or experience in a similar role.
  • High level of oral and written communication.
  • Strong networking and business development skills and experience.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient business and financial acumen.
