Our small service in the heart of Campbelltown is looking for an amazing educator to join our team as Room Leader.

**About us**:
Our service caters to 59 children each day, and operates for 50 weeks of the year. We have been established for over 20 years with an strong educational background. We have a shared vision of inclusive practices and continuous improvement, with an exceeding rating across the NQS.

**About the role**:

- As Room Leader, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of an educational program, managing the daily room routine, and documenting children progress against the Early Years learning framework

**About you**:

- Must hold an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 2 years experience as an educator
- Room Leader experience preferred but not required
- Valid WWCC, first aid (including asthma and anaphylaxis training) and child protection
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework is required.
