Customer Service & Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Professional.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and sales skills in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to students living in our residences.

  • Respond effectively to customer queries, complaints, issues, and incidents, resolving, escalating, or seeking support where necessary.

  • Contribute to sales and marketing activities to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilized.

  • FOLLOW and implement all operating procedures to maintain the safety and welfare of residents.

  • Organize and communicate social events for residents.

  • Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
