Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Quality Care

As an Assistant in Nursing or Personal Care Worker, you'll be responsible for delivering the highest quality, person-centred care to residents.

Assess and Plan Client Care

You'll assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care.

Ensure Clinical Quality Standards

You'll work to ensure that clinical quality compliance standards are met, providing the best possible care for each client.

Collaborate with the Team

You'll work closely with a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents' needs and well-being.

Effective Handovers

You'll ensure that there is a clear and succinct handover from shift to shift, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV

You'll need to hold a Certificate III or IV, or equivalent, in a relevant field.

Police Check

You'll need to have a current Police Check.

Valid Australian Working Rights

You'll need to have valid Australian Working Rights.

ABN

You'll need to have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
