Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Mac, working alongside a passionate group of OTs and a supportive team at Ability Action Australia. Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform ADLs and IADLs.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals and develop individualized plans to support participants' needs.
- Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision to ensure ongoing growth and improvement.
- Engage in group supervision and disability-specific workshops to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs to provide comprehensive support to participants.
