Job Title: Payroll Manager

A highly skilled payroll leader is required to manage accurate, compliant payroll across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have significant payroll operations experience, including 1-2+ years in a leadership role, with a proven success managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing payroll team, overseeing accurate and compliant payroll, ensuring tax compliance and superannuation requirements are met, and streamlining and automating processes to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of legislation, Awards, PAYG, and compliance requirements, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a leadership style that develops and motivates people.

Nice to have: Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, previous involvement in payroll projects, system implementations, or major upgrades, and experience managing outsourced/co-sourced payroll provider relationships.
