**Job Title:** Dental Clinic Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving dental team and achieve outstanding results. As Dental Clinic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our team by managing revenue, budget, and goals, while also supervising and developing staff.

You will be responsible for administrative tasks, roster planning, recruitment, and retention, ensuring that our doctors' time is conserved and the diary runs efficiently. This includes serving as a liaison between the Doctors and key staff members, working closely with our management team to achieve business objectives.

A strong interest in marketing and promotions would be advantageous, as you will be responsible for overseeing a large number of social media enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Revenue, budget, and goal of the clinic
  • Supervise and manage the team along with day-to-day operations
  • Administrative tasks
  • Roster planning, recruitment and retention
  • Conserve the doctors time and ensure the diary is time efficient
  • Serve as a liaison between the Doctors and key staff members
  • Account reconciliation
  • Roster updates and sick leave
  • Performance management and training
  • Conflict Resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management/Dental practice management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Approachable, positive and gets the best out of the team
  • Good people orientated skills needed to handle a team of dentists, receptionists and assistants
  • Strong Team Player, with a never say no attitude and willingness to lead by example
  • Attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Time management and organisation skills are of critical importance
