Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Infrastructure Specialist to join our pioneering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective IT/OT integrations that align with world-class scientific research and operations.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with Digital teams to ensure technical considerations such as change management, infrastructure integrity, and systems integration are addressed for all Manufacturing and Lab Systems projects.

You will also be working closely with automation engineers, lab engineers, scientists, and operations teams to support the lifecycle of manufacturing and lab systems, guided by clear SLAs. Additionally, you will be supporting compliance with GxP requirements and participating in the development and validation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working with IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing, lab systems, control systems, and building management systems. You should also have experience with IT/OT implementation, virtual environments, cloud platforms, RDBMS, application and web servers, backup/recovery systems, and cybersecurity endpoint protection applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective IT/OT integrations that align with scientific research and operations
  • Collaborate with Digital teams to address technical considerations for Manufacturing and Lab Systems projects
  • Support the lifecycle of manufacturing and lab systems, guided by clear SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Implement and support cybersecurity controls and applications across critical systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience working with IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing, lab systems, control systems, and building management systems
  • Experience with IT/OT implementation, virtual environments, cloud platforms, RDBMS, application and web servers, backup/recovery systems, and cybersecurity endpoint protection applications
  • Prior experience working in a Pharmaceutical company required
