Clerical Operations Specialist

Effective communication and patient care are essential components of this role, which involves coordinating services and functions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless communication between patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Manage telephones and reception duties, providing accurate information and support to staff and patients.
- Utilize strong clerical and computer skills to multitask and maintain productivity while performing various administrative tasks.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and telephone skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Hold a current Police Check and Working with Children Check, as well as completion of medical terminology course or experience working with medical terminology (desirable).
