Our store is looking for a leader to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, friendly, and have retail expertise.

The opportunity:

  • Grow sales and profitability of the store
  • Customer retention and market share growth
  • Feedback and reviews collected digitally
  • Identify, report, and resolve risks to a safe, secure, and compliant working environment
  • Achievement of individual and store sales goals/deadlines on a daily basis

Key accountabilities:

  1. Lead by example in behaviour, attitude, and sales performance
  2. Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in-store development
  3. Drive best practice, including performance management
  4. Conduct monthly one-on-one and store-wide sales meetings to ensure effective individual plans are actioned
