Role Summary
We're seeking a skilled Global Facilities Lead to join our team. As a key member of our global facilities operations team, you will be responsible for creating an environment where our Campers can thrive. This encompasses real estate planning, facilities operations, workplace experience, compliance, ESG strategies, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S).

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of facilities operations across our global hubs, ensuring workspaces are well-maintained, safe, and set up for success.
  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive real estate strategy and management plan that supports our growth, culture, and environmental goals.
  • Collaboration with People Experience, IT, and Workplace teams to create an inclusive, flexible, and engaging office environment.
  • Management of vendor and lease/landlord relationships, ensuring top-notch service and cost-effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in facilities operations or office management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing maintenance services, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies in collaboration with other teams, aligning office operations with broader organizational objectives like growth, culture, and environmental goals.
  • Technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and make financial decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to jump into action when issues arise.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing offices in different time zones and adapting to various regulatory and cultural environments.
