Customer Journey Manager Role

The Customer Journey Manager is responsible for optimizing student recruitment, application, and onboarding experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop audience planning, customer insights, and campaign activities to increase channel engagement and conversions.
  • Manage segment, journey, and recruitment strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of teams working on content, paid media, web, and digital projects.
  • Design and execute customer-specific journey mapping and process discovery.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align with Schools, market intelligence, product, and recruitment teams.

Requirements include a degree in marketing/business, management, design, or a related field, plus extensive relevant experience or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to use customer data and insights for integrated marketing.
  • Understanding of buyer behavior and segmentation practices, including customer journey mapping and audience personas.
  • Program development and implementation expertise.
  • Innovative solution development and strategic planning experience.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the customer journey and be able to develop effective strategies to engage and convert customers.
