Job Title: Senior Payroll Data Strategist

The role of a Senior Payroll Data Strategist is pivotal in leading the technical review of payroll remediation projects to ensure compliance and accurate entitlement calculations are in accordance with legal instructions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Data Analytics: Spearhead the technical review of payroll remediation projects, leveraging expertise as a subject matter expert.
  • Fringe Benefits Tax Data Modelling: Lead specific FBT focused engagements by building various data models to determine applicable FBT amounts, enhancing efficiency through RPA.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies, such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Ombudsman.
  • Coding and Analytics Tools: Guide the team in coding, particularly in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA and data visualisation tools for FBT functions.

For this role, we seek someone with over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics, strong technical skills and excellent client communication and business development skills.
