Program Manager Job Summary

We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead a team of professionals who share a passion for providing quality services in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program operations, overseeing administrative and human resource systems, directing performance management, and collaborating with stakeholders on contract compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day program operations and oversee all team members
  • Direct and coordinate performance management and coaching to ensure team success
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process for program team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on contract compliance and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience and two years overall experience
  • Minimum one year experience within an educational or youth service program, preferably working with at-risk youth
