Job Overview

As a Graduate Demand Planner, you will support the forecasting of product demand and work alongside experienced planners to ensure optimal product availability and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing historical sales data and market trends to support the development of demand forecasts.
  • Learn and apply basic forecasting techniques and tools under the guidance of senior planners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand factors influencing demand, such as promotions and product launches.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the identification of potential risks and opportunities related to demand variability.
  • Contribute to inventory planning discussions for new and existing products.
Requirements:
  • A recent Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in learning forecasting tools.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
