Job Description:

The Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeship is a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence to succeed in the mechanical trade.

  • As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a busy plant environment while completing your Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
  • You will work alongside a diverse team of qualified tradespeople who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the installation and assembly of mechanical machinery and equipment.
  • Performing routine maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Assisting in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs under supervision.
  • Carrying out all work safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
