**Job description**

Premier People are currently assisting our client, a manufacturing leader, with their requirement for **MECHANICAL FITTERS.**

As a Mechanical Fitter you will undertake planned maintenance, project works on fixed plant mining equipment, including but not limited to, crushers, conveyors, chutes, and screens.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Machine operating to fabricate metallic materials
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work floor and equipment.
- Diagnosing faults / problems and identifying appropriate action.
- Disassembly and Assembly of Machinery.
- Conform to and promote OHS and Safe Working Practices

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Compulsory_
- Trade Certificate III Mechanical Engineering (Or Australian Trade Recognition)
- Previous Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Continuous Improvement Focus & Great Attitude
- Experience with Hydraulics
- Ability to work independently and part of a Team
- Valid WA Driver’s License
- Preferred_
- Forklift Ticket (LF)

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
