Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Sunraysia. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults. You will possess:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Experience in aged care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing person-centered care.
