About the Role
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Manage the delivery of medication and ensure that our residents receive safe and effective care.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
About You
- You will possess a Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification, and current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
- You will have experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care.
- You will be flexible in your availability and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
