About the Role
As a Veterinary Nurse, you will work in a state-of-the-art specialist hospital, providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be part of a positive and exciting work environment, working closely with our patients and their families to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, working independently and as part of a team
* Keep a keen eye on day-to-day workflow and assist the Team Lead in ensuring the team is operating efficiently and effectively
* Perform day-to-day clinical nurse duties, including managing and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for a nurse with a keen interest in their respective department and a desire to work closely with our patients throughout their entire SASH journey. You will have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, a minimum of 2-year, full-time experience as a qualified nurse, and a strong ability to work in an extremely busy environment.
