The role of Events Service Manager involves leading dynamic operations, ensuring premium event delivery across our iconic venue. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the events operations team to deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing event logistics, staffing, floor plans, and service delivery
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet client expectations
- Driving continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and operational efficiency
About You: Minimum 3 years' senior event operations experience in high-end hospitality or upscale service environment. Proven leadership skills, coaching abilities, and strong operational knowledge are essential.
