The Asset Finance Growth Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining our market position and supporting broker businesses to expand their presence in asset finance lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product coaching sessions with students in the Asset Finance Academy.
  • Develop and deliver training on new features, ensuring brokers are engaged and informed about network activities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Asset to design and lead engaging workshops.
  • Serve as a resource for asset finance brokers, offering insights on products and lender niches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lender partners and stay informed about lender product updates.
Candidate Skillsets:
  • Strong coaching abilities to develop next-generation asset finance brokers.
  • Deep industry knowledge of asset finance.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and effective communication and training skills.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong time management and organizational skills to handle a busy workload. The ideal candidate will have adaptability and proactive thinking, as well as strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
