Clinical Applications Specialist - Cardiac Ultrasound NSW/ACT

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our Ultrasound team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support to customers and stakeholders, working closely with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on our Philips Ultrasound portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical training and support to customers on the optimal use of our equipment, ensuring they achieve best practice in patient care.
  • Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on the quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support product launches and advise the sales team on market feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of our equipment.
  • Report customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate studies in Cardiac Sonography are required, along with in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private echocardiography department.
  • Experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
  • Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
  • The ability to travel across ANZ if required.
