This is a rare chance for an experienced professional to play a central role in shaping organisational direction as a Senior Strategic Advisor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level strategic advice on organisational direction, sector-wide reform and emerging policy issues.
- Represent the CEO in intergovernmental forums, strategic working groups and cross-sector initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate complex projects of strategic importance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Partner closely with the Commissioner and Executive Team on integrity priorities and collaboration.
- You have proven experience advising senior executives or Ministers within government, integrity or statutory agency environments.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, strong project leadership capabilities and an inclusive leadership style.
- You have high personal integrity, a commitment to the public interest and a sophisticated understanding of the machinery of government.
- You are skilled in political, regulatory or sector-wide strategic planning.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, public policy, political science, public administration or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in the Victorian Public Sector or statutory authority setting is essential.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory for security clearance.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
