Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Brand Direction: Shape and evolve our brand identity and oversee all internal and external communications across digital, print, and community channels.
  • Reputation Management: Lead proactive and responsive communication strategies to safeguard our reputation, manage issues, and build trust with stakeholders, regulators, and the community.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital transformation by leveraging platforms, tools, and analytics to engage residents, families, and communities, while measuring and optimising impact.
  • Campaign Excellence: Oversee end-to-end marketing and communications delivery, from concept to analytics, ensuring measurable impact and aligned with organisational voice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating in a marketing and communications leadership role within aged care, health, or community services industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with proven ability to design and deliver both long-term strategies and tactical campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and issues/crisis management.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and engage high-performing teams.
  • Proven innovation in brand storytelling, campaign design, and creative content management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related studies is essential.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and WordPress or similar.
