Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the national marketing strategy in alignment with our business growth goals.
  • Lead end-to-end planning of seasonal catalogues, promotions, and product launches.
Brand Storytelling
  • Champion consistent brand storytelling across stores, digital platforms, catalogues, and signage.
Customer Engagement
  • Drive the development and expansion of loyalty programs that reward, retain, and recognize customers.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage digital channels including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and eComm.
  • Oversee social media strategy, calendar, content, and community management.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing with a proven track record of leading promotions that drive results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
