Job Description:

As a key contributor in the development and execution of our innovative marketing strategy, you will have the opportunity to create and execute marketing plans and communications across multiple locations.

You will see yourself playing a vital role in increasing brand recognition, recall, and driving sales. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and Merchandise, you will have the opportunity to lead community initiatives with our stores in local markets, develop innovative solutions to market our brand on new platforms and in new ways, and influence and guide stores on leveraging marketing activations in store to drive sales and engagement.

  • Create and execute a marketing plan that underpins the marketing strategy
  • Lead community initiatives with our stores in local markets (fundraising and promoting awareness of causes)
  • Develop innovative solutions to market our brand on new platforms and in new ways
  • Influence and guide stores on leveraging marketing activations in store to drive sales and engagement
  • Work side by side with our in-house Graphic Designer to create and promote our suite of in-house product brands
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant marketing or related field tertiary or vocational qualification
  • Ability to analyse results and data and use insights to influence the marketing plan
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems and a tech-savvy profile
  • Strong prioritisation skills enabling you to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • High attention to detail and ability to create compelling and high-quality content including blog posts product descriptions social media content and internal communications
