Support Specialist Role

We're a leading commercial law firm seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and experience working with legal practice management systems. You will also have excellent knowledge of network and PC operating systems, as well as a good understanding of project management principles.

In this role, you will be required to work closely with our staff to identify and resolve technical issues, develop and implement new processes, and maintain our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve IT efficiency
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with staff to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Strong background in application support
  • Experience working with legal practice management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of network and PC operating systems
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
