National Thought Leader - Phonics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic National Thought Leader in Phonics to drive the growth and development of our phonics content line.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned expert to take a leading role in shaping the future of phonics education in Australia.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that align with market trends and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform category strategies.
  • Manage key partnerships and accreditations to promote high-quality phonics content.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and developing phonics in primary schools or across trusts.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful phonics strategies to improve attainment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
