Job Title:Process Operations SpecialistOverview

The role of Process Operations Specialist is to oversee the efficient operation of a mineral processing plant, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain all processing equipment, including crushers, grinders, and flotation cells.
  • Monitor process control systems and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Identify and diagnose equipment issues, and implement repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the plant and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mineral processing operations, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of process technologies and equipment, including automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
