Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role will involve ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

  • Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering and restocking.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, supplies, and overheads.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through prompt and courteous interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certification.

Availability:

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
