We are a multi-site GYG franchise group looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high-performing restaurants. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Managing daily operations with energy and precision.
  • Delivering consistent food quality and speed of service.
  • Driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving KPIs.
  • Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive team culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, people safety, and brand standards.


Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
  • Passion for people, food, and creating great experiences.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example.
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
