Drive Strategic Growth as a Macro Space Analyst

As a seasoned professional in macro space analysis, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects, analyzing complex business problems to deliver a differentiated offer for customers and inform range and space strategy.

  • Collaborate with commercial partners and key stakeholders to derive data-led insights, providing recommendations that influence our range & space strategy.
  • Identify strategic opportunities through structured analysis and problem-solving across different areas; considering individual store requirements, customer behavior, market trends, category performance, pricing & ranging dynamics.
  • Understand advanced analytics of our space optimization tools, ensuring proposed space recommendations improve the customer experience while enabling the greatest commercial & strategic outcome.
  • Discover continuous improvement opportunities driving customer experiences and delivering commercial strategy through space optimization.

Support our Macro Space Optimization squad to enable delivery of key outcomes and recommendations across strategic programs, where high range and space complexity exists. Extract data to collate actionable insights across all relevant databases, providing recommendations influencing key strategic pillars. Be proactive in information gathering and drive strategic conversations. Formulate and inform opportunities supporting commercial and macro space teams' decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial partners and key stakeholders to derive data-led insights and provide recommendations.

• Identify strategic opportunities through structured analysis and problem-solving.

• Understand and apply advanced analytics of our space optimization tools.

• Discover and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in macro space analysis or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
