Job Description

We are seeking a talented patent litigator (2-4 PQE) to join our well-respected IP practice in our Sydney office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading IP partners, Ben Miller, in a collaborative culture that values excellence, integrity, teamwork, and respect for individuality and diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a variety of matters from IP strategy and advice to major pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical device, and technology patent cases, including IP licensing and commercialisation work for prestigious research institutes.
  • Build on your career as a lawyer through outstanding learning and development training programs, first-hand mentoring, and strong engagement through direct client contact.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years PQE in patent litigation, advice, and/or commercialisation work.
  • A keen interest or background in science or technology.
  • Strong written, analytical, and drafting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage your workload.
  • A client-focused approach, comfortable working as part of a team, and thinking independently.

Estimated Salary Range:
