Job Description

Our Intellectual Property practice is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia, and we are seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to the expansion of our team. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to project manage large, complex IP litigation matters working alongside other vibrant and dynamic practitioners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of years PQE ideally gained within a reputable Patent litigation practice
  • Experience and expertise with patent litigation and strong project management skills
  • Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
