About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aboriginal Home Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our elderly clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform personal care duties, including showering, feeding, and toileting, as well as assisting with oral medication
  • Provide social support, such as accompanying clients to doctor appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Assist with domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
Requirements
  • Reliable car and Australian Driver Licence
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 Doses)
  • 12+ months personal care experience required
  • Cert III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain through our traineeships program)
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rates of $29.06 to $32.56 + super
