Leadership Role in Collections Strategy

This is a pivotal leadership position within the Retail Credit Risk team, responsible for shaping and executing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle. The objective is to drive better outcomes for customers and the bank by leveraging data, analytics, and AI.

The role requires instrumental contributions to modernizing collections strategy, uplifting team capability, and ensuring alignment with risk appetite and customer-centric values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative collections strategies across retail credit products.
  • Oversee the transformation of the operating model, embedding AI and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitor portfolio-level credit risk exposures and ensure alignment with risk appetite and tolerance thresholds.
  • Develop and implement credit risk policies and standards in consultation with business leadership.
  • Provide strategic insights and practical recommendations to senior management on credit risk and collections performance.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20+ professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders, clients, and governance forums to provide guidance, challenge, and thought leadership.
