WHSE Compliance Specialist Role
As a WHSE compliance specialist, you will review and verify vendors' work, health, safety, and environment documentation against our prequalification scheme requirements. You will provide coaching and support to ensure internal KPIs and customer satisfaction standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct WHSE Assessments to determine vendor capability
- Review WHSE assessment submissions within agreed timelines
- Assist vendors close the gaps in their WHSE systems
- Respond to queries and provide guidance and support to vendors
- Conduct risk reviews in line with QA requirements
You will have 2-3 years of previous experience in a WHSE operational environment. You should possess knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to WHSE compliance, as well as the ability to engage stakeholder groups and bring people on a journey.
