We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our compliance efforts and ensure robust governance frameworks.

This hands-on role encompasses risk management, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance goals
  • Manage obligations in Protecht and support regular audits
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance outcomes
  • Design and implement assurance and control frameworks
  • Conduct reviews and testing of controls, recommending enhancements
  • Assist in developing risk strategies and maintaining risk registers
  • Guide teams on risk management practices and system administration
  • Align assurance activities with organisational goals and support audits
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulators

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong time management and process documentation skills
  • Ability to analyse data, assess risk, and provide sound recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
