As an Assessor, you will be supporting the Cm3 client base with work, health, safety, and environment (WHSE) assessments as well as providing coaching and support regarding WHSE matters ensuring internal KPIs and customer satisfaction standards are met.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be based in Melbourne working across the South Bank and Scoresby offices with hybrid working arrangements.

**Some of the tasks**:

- Support with the assessment of the WHSE capability of clients based on submitted risk assessments
- Review assessment resubmissions within agreed timelines
- Conduct risk reviews in line with QA requirements
- Adhere to relevant systems, policies, procedures, and processes

**Some of the skills required**:

- Previous experience within WHS operational environment
- Exposure to operational safety management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to WHSE compliance
- Ability to engage stakeholder groups and bring people on a journey
- A problem-solving mindset to mitigate future issues
- High level written and verbal communication supporting diverse stakeholder groups
