Product Governance Strategist

We are seeking a visionary executive to shape the future of our People & Culture function.
This pivotal role combines product expertise with P&C teams, challenging traditional approaches and driving value realisation through strategic prioritisation of all P&C products and initiatives.
The successful candidate will design and refine a strategic framework for prioritising P&C products, projects, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and translating needs into impactful roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maturing the P&C Project Management Office (PMO), embedding best-in-class methodologies, and fostering strong relationships with senior leaders.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will define KPIs to measure framework effectiveness, champion continuous improvement, and leverage people analytics to inform prioritisation.
With exceptional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, the Product Governance Executive will articulate compelling narratives around P&C strategy, secure organisational buy-in, and drive business outcomes.
As a seasoned executive leader, the successful candidate will mentor and develop a team of product and project management professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
