**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Perth DFO.

This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, motivating the team to meet sales targets, and providing guidance on customer service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To lead and motivate the sales and customer service team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • To provide coaching and guidance to team members on customer service skills and sales techniques
  • To work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
