Randstad is a leading industry fund with a strong client-centric approach, established for many years. They offer outstanding intrafund and holistic financial advice to a wide range of clients. Due to recent growth, they are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their Intrafund team.

About the Role

This Financial Planner position involves providing tailored superannuation advice to existing fund members over the phone or virtually. You will have 3-4 meetings per day, with all appointments booked for you. You will have full administrative support and no business development targets, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice.

This role is ideal for an Associate Adviser or Financial Planner holding AR status who wants to develop and grow in the financial advice industry. Key requirements include:

  • Experience working in the Financial Planning industry
  • Current AR status (registered on ASIC)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Great understanding of compliance frameworks in the advice industry
  • Tertiary degree aligned with FASEA education requirements
