About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our Training Coordination Team Leaders, as well as our local and regional operation and medical education teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement plans through guiding and mentoring regional and local teams
  • Case manage complex program participant relationships and issues through a dedicated concierge service
  • Provide accurate and timely program and policy advice to program participants when team members require leadership support
  • Employ best practice project management to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Drive continuous improvement activities across the region
  • Lead the training support team inspiring and motivating team members to foster innovation, creativity and high performance
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in leading and supporting a team
  • Experience in project management methodology and change management
  • Extensive experience in a service delivery function with a customer-centric focus
