About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pillow Talk Mentone store. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the store leadership team by leading from the front and inspiring your peers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the store, including handling customer queries and concerns, driving the team to reach budget and KPIs, receiving and organizing inventory, and maintaining store visual appeal.
- Create and apply value to every customer interaction, capitalizing on opportunities to bring comfort and style to life.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store, stepping up when needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and championing best practice in stock, service, safety, and operational procedures.
- Consultative selling experience, with a proven ability to find the right products for customers and instill confidence.
- Multitasking and ability to cope with changing priorities, with a keen eye for detail and great listening and problem-solving skills.
