Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and motivate their team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

This position is critical to our business, delivering civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales with a safety-first approach.

About the Role

The successful candidate will drive project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a safety-first culture and adhering to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver quality outcomes
  • Drive project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain a safety-first culture and adhere to safety procedures
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Provide input on materials, supplies, tools, and equipment needed for installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering underground utility and services projects
  • Excellent relationship building, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment used when working on or near underground utility lines
  • Current unrestricted Driver's license and white card
