We are seeking a dedicated and friendly customer service associate to join our team. This part-time role will involve interacting with customers, handling orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Taking orders and operating the point-of-sale system
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
